Hi, I have 2 comments: Font... The content font doesn't go well with the site. Maybe choose another more artistic font? Resume... I would also make an HTML page for the resume, with a downloadable PDF.

Read a lot from the web. I would say it is fairly straight forward to implement a few SEO tips yourself. For your site, I would first identify some keywords that people will search for, and optimize your pages according to the keywords.

I really like the color contrast. The pop up is a bit slow when you click on the search result image. However, I guess it is an AJAX request so it includes network time too. Maybe add an indication (like the dot dot dot with lightbox?) that it is doing something with the click is good.

First I can open it up in my Word 2007. I don't know about compatability mode, but maybe what you should try is to save the file as Word 97-2003 document so that more versions of Word can open it...

Well, I guess I am luckier... my blog actually came out first. Other than that, the interface is neat and clean. I have done some random search and the first 2 - 3 results are pretty right on!

Also I would move the CSS code into a separate CSS file loading in the head section, and the JavaScripts into a JS file loading at the bottom of the body section.
