i was searching for a web design software to start my first website so i got these option

-web studio
-intuit website creator
-Dreamweaver
which one should i use?

That basically says:

Your website will be hideous and won't work like you want it ever.

Out of the list you made, Dreamweaver is the best one but dreamweaver should not be used as a WYSIWYG editor. It should only be used in code view. If you aren't writing code for your site then you're doing it wrong. If you don't want to learn to write code and you do want a website then you need to hire someone. It definitely worth the money.
