What do you ask during your initial meeting with a client?

What are the key questions that you ask during your initial meeting / phone call with a client?

I mostly just ask about their budget and what sort of features the site would need.
What do you usually ask?

I ask a whole bunch of differing questions that normally go along the lines of:

Establishing budget (both high and low end)
Example sites
Re-branding
Technologies
Middleware
Existing systems
Features
SEO
Promotion
Hosting
Direct advertising
Email solutions
Support services

After the meeting, I always send a custom HTML email from a system I have programmed and try to lightly push other services explaining the benefits. I won't however be too push or offer something irrelevant.
