Website Photo Gallery?

Quick question if anyone knows. I've seen this "website photo gallery" used on a lot of different websites but I don't see anything about it. Not sure if it is created in Flash or downloadable somewhere. Can anyone help???

Or try Thickbox if you're using jquery - it's actually a good deal lighter than the prototype/scriptalicious based Lightbox
