I would appreciate feedback, good or bad, on a site that I have just rolled out (still needs some tweaking, but for the most part is complete)

I like all of the site except for the right column. I think it would look better if you continued the gray rounded box and scaled down the photos so that they fit within the shape. Right now the breaks are distracting and the site would look a lot smoother if it was connected.

Exactly the same feelings. The right side doesn't look very good with the upper and lower graphic, everything else is actually very, very nice.

Only other thing is the search box should be centered in the menu bar.

Good job, looks great overall.

I have to agree I also looked at the right column and thought something was weird. I think some of it has to do with how you can't see the top half of the lady's head and the tab sort of looks like it's her head's top half or something.
I also agree that the rest of the site is fantastic though.

Quick comment:

The crisis management image link ( the girl with the headset) seems to be confusing, I thought it was the online chat link. don't you think so?

Anyway, your site is just amazing, it is really nice to find website like yours on the internet, keep up the good work!!

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback, I tend to agree with the comments made; when I have some time I will look into changing the sidebar and perhaps the footer spacing.

I'm learning that bit more with each project - feedback like this really helps the development process, Many Thanks
