Hey, like the color scheme. Not very common
I'm a stickler for spacing and browser compatibility though. You might want to check the spacing of teen area login and the main text in firefox 3 and other browsers besides IE7.
Also, the banner is pretty impressive. You could try some hover effect for the top navigation to make it look better.
That said...great design
