Time Zone Converter

We conduct webinars and it would be nice to have a time zone converter on our website, not just a link to a website that contains a time zone converter. I scanned the Internet in search of free or paid time zone converter html script/tags but I cannot find any. The time zone converter that I would like to have would be similar to the one located on http://www.timedial.net/world-time-difference-calculator/ or http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html. I am assuming that I would need to have someone design one for me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try this one: www.sourcecodeonline.com/details/timezoneconverter.html - This script is compact with MS.NET, VS.NET, etc. It supports the index of the geographic map and it has been developed in C# language.
