Could you please have a look and offer any comments, good or bad to how this site looks and also ease of use please?

I would change a few things:
The "main features" and other category titles should be changed to a lighter color, the black is hard to read.
The font (courier new?) is a little hard to read, verdana and arial are easier to read on computers.
The quote at the bottom of the left column needs to be smaller, or the table longer, because you cant see the whole quote unless you click-and-drag-text-scroll it.

The main features and latest stories links in the left hand colum should be white instead of black and blue as mentioned above, they are too hard to read.
