Test your Flash Content

Hi, Is there any way how to test flash content as a user?
Let's say me as a web designer I have all plugins and players in my PC, so I can't see the differents like user who has no flash player.
I only foud out I can disable AxtiveX to see some differents.
If anyone know more on this please help.
