what things are require for submission of press release, and what step follow for press release submission?

From what I understand the process is quite simple really. Once you have composed a PR, choose a web media company, like say Business Wire or PRWeb. Select the payment plan that best suits your needs and then upload/submit your PR. The web media company you chose will host/list the PR on their website.
