TAH Review please

Hi! I'm a new web designer just starting out. I wanted to know what you thought of my personal site's page.

So far I only have the homepage finished. Unfortunately I can't give a live preview at this time.

Also what do you think of my prices? I honestly don't know what to charge as I'm just starting out and I don't know Javascript or anything, only HTML, CSS, and graphics (and whatever else i listed on the screenshot). I'm also trying to stay in competition with other people in my area.

The screenshots look fine, but it is really hard to review a site without actually seeing the site. When you do finally launch it might be better to use "we" instead of "I" so that it makes it sound like there is more than just one person. After all, you have the whole internet. The prices might be a little low, building a website for less than 85 dollars might be a challenge to make it worth your while, unless it is just a bare bones website.
