Two lots of ads at the top of the site make the site look like a low quality spam type site. I think you should reduced that to one set of ads.
Also I would work on the text logo so that it stands out better.

might also want to make the header as wide as the rest of the site. it looks sort of out of place as it is.

Just my .02 mind you.
To me the whole thing feels disjointed.

From a Visual perspective:

The sitewide banner and navigation images look un-coordinated. They appear to be of the same general style (looks like old FP template graphics in fact) - but there is no color consistency and they have a 'copy-n-pasted' look. This also extends to other images used on the site - some of which also appear to be a bit too low res and/or not optimized for use on the site..

On at least one page - the navigation menu is not consistent with the rest of the site.

As already mentioned - the stacked Google ad blocks are a big put-off. And the widely varying layout and page sizes give an unprofessional feel.

From a Content perspective:

From the home page, I can't really tell what the site offers. The banner says website design and development, and makes me think this is a website design firm. But the content seems to be more about learning computer tricks, promoting some Tutorials, and something about Google Adsense tricks.

Once I navigate to the Services page I see this is discussing a tutorial package. I assume this is the purpose of the site.

The grammar, flow and readability of the content needs work. Some paragraphs appear to be there for the purpose of filling space rather than imparting any real information, and some sentences appear to be incomplete and do not make sense.

Again - just my .02. :)
