For google, I recommend submitting an XML sitemap instead of the normal 'addurl' method.

Google prefers this and they typically will crawl more of your pages faster.

Thanks a lot for providing such a nice list to add site link in search engines..

Basically by adding a site link manually, you can go for checking the site before adding link and make sure whether adding link there will be worth or not. After satisfying, you can add.. but going for automated is quite tricky and of less satisfactory as we can't believe on software whether it will check for bad neighborhood links?

Agreed completely. Also, pay special attention to the <priority> tag if you're submitting an XML sitemap. This is a number between 0 - 1, and gives Google an idea of how important YOU see a particular page in your site. We recently had a client who ran an auto-generating sitemap but set all the priorities at .2 or lower, and the results were just awful! We fixed the sitemap and a few weeks later, good things were happening.

Yes, search engines like manual submission over automatic. So I suggest don’t use submission service for it may get your site punished or even banned. There is no need to submit more than one page. Robots follow links. If your site has a nice link trail, your entire site will get indexed.
