Senior Designer - Manchester - 25/30K
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Group Creative Director, you will supervise a team of in-house Web designers and provide direction for client website/print designs. Working alongside an in-house marketing team and developers, your main responsibilities will include developing feature content for client and group websites, daily and weekly, e-mail and advertising programmes. The design process includes multi-channel campaign development, HTML prototyping and staging final content to the Web.
THE PERSON
You will have commercial experience in Graphic Design, Computers, Communications, or a related subject, and have a strong background in Graphic design, or Interface design. You will have a working knowledge of Adobe products, HTML, CSS, browsers capabilities, design constraints on the Web, Website structure and functionality.
You will have strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to translate conceptual ideas and into interaction and design solutions. You will be a good communicator, have excellent time management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. You should be self-motivated with a desire to meet organisational and personal objectives. You will also have good numerical skills combined with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

External relationships: SME / Blue chip and large organisations to Director/CEO level
Internal relationships: Senior Directors, Account Management Team, Creative Team, Production Team
Salary: £30k
Hours: 8.45am – 5.15pm
