Hi all

I've been working pretty hard on updating my site www.worldide.com, not just with designing it but promoting it, I even added a forum on to my site. Im hoping that google will spider this regularly etc.

The forum doesn't seem to be the quickest though any suggestions on speeding it up?

I always recommend using RSS Sitemaps. Especially now that Google, Yahoo and MSN are supporting the same Sitemap protocol.
