I have browsed several Websites to find a Template which is similar to the colors of the Webpage from barackobama.com.
Another nice webpage is: http://www.homopoliticus.de/
(I like the combination of blue and red here)

Does Anybody knows a site where I can buy/download a Template like these?

There are 2 template sites that I have browsed around: templatemonster and 4templates. I have only been purchased through templatemonster though. There are plenty to choose from.

I think, you may find a great number of free templates on the web. Websites like templatemonster are an other option, but is a pay solution..
