question regarding html and frames

I see out of templates and such that no one makes with frames like in dreamweaver. How can i open a new page in the "content" field witout haveing to repeat the whole page everytime. like the concept with frames. How dos this work?

You could use something like an iframe to achieve this. Do a google search for iframes and you should find some info on it.
