Purchasing an Email Address

I have recently paid for a URL with WebFusion. If I want an email address to match my URL its around £10 per month with them which I don't want to pay. I only want to purchase and and transfer an address to my hosting company. Is this right? And is it possible?

Any help would be great :)

As far as I know, email addresses come with your domain, which you can create at will in cpanel. Your host is trying to rip you off.

Email address is associated with your domain & hosting. Contact your hosting provider for email.They should give your email option inside your hoisting cpanel
