Problem with iframe

Hi Everyone,
When i use an iframe, the iframe covers up my footer, also, im trying to get rid of the gap between the iframe and the header that shows in firefox but not in IE. How can i remove the empty gap by the header and also get my fotter to show again. Thanks Everyone

ok, just i fixed the iframe proble, i had not closed the tog correctly, however, i still cant figure out how to remove the gap above the iframe in firefox
