I would suggest to change the colors. They are too bright and jazzy. Using light purple for the menus is not a good idea. It's really hurting the eyes and does not give the necessary contrast.
Also your code isn't compliant with the web standards - http://validator.w3.org

I think the tabs should be in a deeper shade of purple.

logo needs to be more professional and more "latest" so as the graphics used like bars and tiles... work on them .. overall website is neat !!
