Nice big letters and text - great for my large monitor. However, I think you have the gray text too dark which makes it hard to read!

Maybe not grey text on grey background for the navigation bar. The rest feels very business like. A little bit disorganized/cluttered in the middle around the facebook/linkedin/twitter link images

your page title is a bit long, search engines might rank you negatively for that.
It seems that all the graphics are way too large for my 1280px screen: You have to think about designing for the lowest possible denominator. That means that users with monitors at 800px or 1024px will see these enormous graphics that may require them to scroll.
Kudos for avoiding annoying flash.
The menu font should have slightly better contrast so readers can quickly scan and find items.

1) I like the header picture but I would definitely insert one or two more pictures, the home page looks too flat, I don't mean to put things moving all around the place but if it would have a little more dynamism it would look better
2) I don't like the fonts combination, if it would be changed or organized different I am sure it would be more attractive
You have everything to show a real successful website design, just need a good final touch
