I like the basic layout of the page, though I have a few little thoughts about it. First off, since the page is pretty wide and busy I reckon that a white background color would bring a bit of air to the page, you know, make it comfortable 
Secondly the load times are a little steep due to the huge flash banner and the other images, which you might want to reduce in size or simply cut down on. Not too big of a deal though.
Also something you might be on to already, is that there seems to be a problem with one of your scripts near the login box. It actually prints out part of the script and causes a gap between the header and the menu.
