overall, the site looks pretty good, but i feel the header could use some work. it just doesn't flow with the clean/modern style of the rest of the site.

I think the header area on the homepage is too big, the text area at the top right hand corner, there is too much white space.
I would consider reducing the header area to a similar size as some of the sub pages, eg http://www.fulltilt.com/aboutus/index.html
makes for a more consistent look and feel as well.
