It isn't bad. It just looks very...dated. Also, the header image loads really slow.
That said, I took a look at the "design" firm that is linked in the footer. They're using a WYSIWYG drag-and-drop type editor that any knucklehead can build with. Their designs and techniques are outdated, and there are free WYSIWYG editors out there that do a better job (not that I'd recommend using one to begin with). I just thought you should know.
