The header has to go. I'm sorry, but it's bad. The rest isn't too bad. You probably only need to give us the fact categories once...maaaaaaaybe twice: The menu at the top, and possibly the images at the bottom, but you can toss out the menu on the right side. The "follow us on Twitter" thing looks nice, but the animation distracts from the rest of your content.

is not ok. Use CSS. Better yet, should you decide to keep the menu on the right side, convert it to an unordered list. Check this out if you want help with that: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/taminglists/

Final thought: Inline styles have been out for some time. There is a lot here that should be in an external CSS file.

I agree with:
-remove the right-side menu. It's ugly and jammed and redundant
-get a professional header. if you want something free but good, I would recommend tech-squad.org
-Pay for weebly pro and remove that thing at the bottom.

Well everyone already said it, the Header has to go. Also design wise its below average for me, too much ads and maybe you want to try and build it from scratch instead of using a template
