Paypal donate with contact form?

Hello,

I have a Donate button on a client's site that generated it's code using paypal. Is there any way that I can implement a sort of contact form so that people can write a comment while they donate, and use the Paypal to do two things. Send a message to their e-mail and take them to the Paypal donations page?

Solved it.

If you wanted to know, apparently you just need to add text fields to the form that Paypal generates. When the user inputs anything into those fields, that text is also displayed in Paypal's automated e-mails.
