o help i dont know what to do

Ok,, I downloaded a free dreamweaver template, and then I adjusted it, and it was all fine and dandy on viewing it on my browser through dreamweaver. Now Im trying to upload it, and for one, my top image is not showing up, and I dont know why, coz its linked to the right file name (heading2.gif) ,and no. 2 , the only page that is showing up is my home page (index.htm) and its not linking to any of my other pages and I have NO IDEA WHY!
Heres my website. I guess you can view the code in your browser. (im just learning).
My ISP is freeparking.co.nz.
Do I have to change the web address in the code? is there such a thing?

the reason it is not working is that you are linking to files on your hard drive that are not accessable from other computer. for instance...

<link href="file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Janney/Desktop/unzipped/62/styles/base.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

change these to relative links and you should be fine. for instance, if all your files are within the same folder the relative link would merely be the filename itself.

here is a quick example i found on google for ya.

Ok, so my site looks great in my browser here, (well, for someone whos just learning anyway), but I just went to my friends house, and none of the buttons are showing up properly, and she has IE 6- the same version as me... whats happening???

Um,, ok I just looked at my code,, am I sposed to upload a css page as well?
Then why does it still look alright on my browser.. cause its linking to a page on my computer? or what?
