nofollow google rss feed links

Hey guys,
I am trying to add an rss feed to my homepage as I believe my SEO is suffering due to lack of new uploaded content.

My page is advertising my sole trader roofing business so it can be hard to write interesting new content.

I have used the google feed API to show blog posts from a big roofing website.

My question is, how do I nofollow these java script created links?

Can it be done through robot.txt?

Maybe there is a better, more controlable feed system?

Given that this would be effectively duplicating content, I'm not so sure the whole exercise would be rewarded by Google. Anyone else care to chime in on this?

Bots still do not 'see' links created by javascript.

I think re-hashing someone else's content ultimately won't be well rewarded by Google. I'd be looking to create something new. This article and video says it all.
