1. if you are going to use images, don't use those ones they've been around the internet for the past 15 years. time to move on.
2. if you are going to use images, never under any circumstances should you be stretching them
3. do not ever use comic sans if you want anyone to take you seriously.
4. your code is very messy and you are using old and outdated techniques.
5. the "design" is not existent, and disjointed...and different on every page.

in answer to your question. open your eyes, look at it, it needs work. make it 100% before you try to "sell" yourself. don't ever offer what you cannot achieve.

I think because you are offering WEB DESIGN services you should cut your own teeth. we are all here to offer help but you should really do this yourself.

how can you possibly offer this as a service if you don't know how to do your own page??? what would you do if you got a particularly difficult client?

oh and throw serif webplus 6 or whatever its called out the window! it's not doing you any favours...
