I like the simplicity of the design, it looks very clean. However, it is not completed right? Where is the main menu? How does the visitor get to the "about" page that is shown?

Thanks for your opinion. No its not ready. working on getting it right.

This is a new one. Added a menu bar and gave "my work" more space on main page.

Not bad, consider putting a blog on it for SEO purposes. Also, consider livening it up with some additional images and a portfolio.
