New template - Reviews Wanted

Hello, I'm so close to being finished with this template.
Please let me know what you think. I wanted a mix of 10tb, site5, and mediatemple, and I think I accomplished it. I been working on this for 2 months now, and I believe this is the 7th version I've done as far as this next update goes. This is just the "main" structure I've yet to code the contents.

the second site looks a bit better, but it is way too dark, people dont often spend money on a site that is so dark.

As I replied to you on Web Dev Forums, I think it is a bit dark and dreary. You need to add some light color to it to liven it up some.
