Need your advise on this design (please)

This is the beginning of a new website design and I would love your help!

For now, don't mind the footer as it's not there. Also, I plan on having 9 stories per page, with a few features running along the right.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the design, color, layout, format, etc. What needs changing?

looks good but the header logo is obstructing the view of the title i would give that a little more attention it kind of just blends in to the image. other than that it looks nice very clean very user friendly if you would please give mine a look and give me your opinion http://www.bestallwow.com

I checked out your website and I have a few pieces of advise. For one, the grey font on black background can be tough on the eyes. Try playing around with the colors a bit. The links at the top are all the way at the top and thus easy to miss, try bringing them down a few lines. You have a ton of links on the left, try to consolidate. You don't want to confuse customers. Hope that helps!
