Need some suggestions on my webdesign

Hey, I've been creating design of my new website, that is going to be offering web services - webdesign/coding/programming and this is what I've came up with: http://www.tvorba-www.net/uloziste/ow/ - And to me it looks like it's missing soul .. like it needs something to make it look original, but I can't come up with anything, do you have any suggestions?

The page is loading way too slow. I think the site needs more colors to make it more visually appealing.

So far it's just a .jpg image .. and ye, you're right, it needs some colors, or something, but where to add, if I don't want to completely remake the design? =/
