Hi, I'm in desperate need of images for my web site. Is there any images on the web which I can use? I'm pretty new to web design and this is my first one I'm creating so don't really know how to go about things. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanx

There are many sites out there where you can download non-copyrighted images. Try these sites:

freeimages.co.uk/home.htm
sxc.hu/home
yotophoto.com
free-stockphotos.com

Be sure to read the restrictions but most photos in those sites are free. Good luck!

That is what I'm so scared of. I'm creating a rodent web site, making it especially difficult to find images... I was wondering why sites such as photobucket or was that flickr, have a share option with the image url... does that mean I'm allowed to use the image? I'm totally new to this and don't want to step on any toes...

you could also check IconFinder.com its a good source for Great icons and graphics that you could use for free. Its a high rated image search engine..
