Need advise for Traveler Talk or Travel Forum

Hello,

Just launching a new concept of website. This website actually dedicated for traveler around the world who wants to express their idea on journeys.

Traveler can talk anything. Can write a stories, able to make a critic, able to complaints, able to inform all warning related with traveling.

I think, this website is good for traveler and tourism business operator.

About the engine, its using Wordpress CMS. What do you think ?

Logo .. well, it's missing the letter T and the guy there does not hold one or look like one. Maybe it would be best to place it back?

The red ( pinkish ) links like Read More are not a good match to me. Maybe a darker blue instead? I know you want it to match the colors but it's not working in my view of it.

About logo, yes, there is a missing T, replaced with the guy who holding a word for 'Traveler'. Im using the guy also including symbolized a T letter. I just want to make something different rather than only a words Traveler Talk. If i turned it back, symbolized for T will be gone. Is it ?

Btw, im really sorry. I like the logo very very much hehehehe.

About red pinky at read more link, yes im agree with you. Its not macth. Im going to change it.

For advertise page. Im still does not interesting to put it. Waiting for a lots of traffic. What do you think ?

Couldn't you simply start out with regular old Google ads to begin with?
I'm not sure whether a site with 'you ad here' signs, makes the impression that the
site has a lot of visitors. Also Google image ads give a bit more color to the page.
This is just an observation though.

The logo looks good, but I would still add a t in traveler, because it does not look right, the image of that person does not look to represent a T to me.
If you have six ad spots, I would fill at least four of them with normal ads, even if you just get them off cj.com or something like that and just limit the your ad here to only two spots at most maybe.
