Favicon is nice, a soft color palate, easy on the eyes... blog posts are prominent but unobtrusive, the precluding previews of old posts are interesting to skim through. All around, a very captivating, subtle design.
"Dedicated from Indonesian Designer" does not make sense
Think about using Sphider instead of Google Custom Search
This is definitely a WordPress theme... is it your original design, or did you rip it from someone else? If you didn't design it, you definitely need to credit whomever did.
