need advice about contracts

So, I've been committing a cardinal business sin, not working under a contract, for some of my past clients, and some current ones. So far I've never been ripped off, and had the good fortune of all my clients being very honest friendly people, but I know that by doing this I'm increasing my chances of that happening.
I have done a few very simple contracts, but I really want to have some nice professional contracts that I can alter to fit the needs of each project. Anyone have any advice for what should go into a good web-design contract? Any good links to sample contracts you know of?

If you can get a copy of the book 'How to start a Home Based Web Design Business' it has a very good example contract in the back - I've used this & modified it to suit my needs...it covers a lot more ground than you would probably manage by writing your own contract from scratch.
