I need a website for my business that allows customers to access their own account info such as name, address, payment options, and also allow them to change those options. Anyone know where I can start, what this type of programming is called, and/or who is a good for design/hosting. Thanks a million!

Are you asking how you can do this yourself....or are you asking for someone to do build the site for you - its not entirely clear.

It sounds as if you're after an online shop - there are plenty of shopping cart systems out there eg, zen cart, oscommerce, magento & others for a start
