Merging different software for website

hey guys, I am very green to the web design world so I dont know if this is a good question or a dumb one.

Is it possible to merge 3 website software like the ones below to create 1 site?

if it is possible, how difficult of a job would it be for an experienced coder to do?

Anyway you can point me in the right direction? Ive been trying to find one and havent been able to do so, which is why I asked the question...I guess im not looking in the right places.

why don't you just make a new website and put all three websites together in one instead of merging you could hyperlink them also which is easier and wont cost match

sounds like a good idea, can this be done under the same URL? would I be able to make them look like they are on the same site? or will it look like a different website everytime they go to that section?
