Instantly better, however you may want to expand on your memory offerings by adding more pages, and perhaps an e-commerce solution, I would definitely hook up into an ebay shop for exposure....

This I simply do not get:

"We do not use web based interfaces such as shopping carts because our philosophy, based on long experience, is personal service via email"

Oh and for your own sanity ditch the text link to your mail account, unless your cloaking with code you will receive A LOT of spam, get a decent contact form script to protect your mailbox...

They want it like this, no online stores or anything. They prefer to deal with everything via email.

They feel that using a shopping cart makes the experience inpersonal. More like a big box get it out the door retailer as opposed to (dare I say it) the apple store experience, where it is more personal. Trust me in saying that they dont want an online store, i offered them different solutions, but they wouldnt budge. Apparently this system is working for them, so they dont want to change.

Updated based on what others have said, 2 Versions:
Version 1
Version 2 - Pink Version

Fixed some stuff up:
- reformatted the paragraph (the grey section)
- changed logos
- added underline to email by default
- changed the shipping image
- slightly changed the more info section (didnt look good with bullets)

Much much better. I love the layout and the color goes well. Not too busy, but just enough information. Like it.

Wow, I had no expectations after viewing the old site,
but the new one was positively dazzling! Rabbits make me feel comfortable for
some reason.. I should remember that one. Who doesn't like cushy animals? I know not..

Too bad about the E-Commerce thing, that would've done the trick!
