Looking for feedback to affiliate program for designers

Our company is looking to start a designer affiliate program, and I’d like to be able to get some feedback directly from you, the designers, on what you think about this initiative.

Our company provides ebusiness services such as websites, SEO marketing, online lead generation, online newsletters, etc to small businesses. We’d like to work with you to offer our products to your clients through this designer affiliate program. Understandably, you probably will not be interested in offering our website products; however, the other products such as online newsletters and online lead generation may be useful products that you aren’t doing but can potentially offer to your clients. We have highly qualified experts in those areas who know what they are doing, so we can fulfill the gaps between you and your clients.

Would you be interested in joining a program like this?

If we were to present incentives such as wholesale prices and free hosting space as part of the program for a membership fee of $50/year, would it appeal to you? What if we have an affiliate setup fee in place, and refunded back that fee upon the first sale?

As mentioned, we’re looking into doing wholesale pricing. Does it make sense for you to use our brand or would you prefer to up-sell to your clients under a private label?
What other incentives do you think we can provide that would be helpful? What would be important factors for you to consider joining such a program?

Just want to clarify that this isn't an online affiliate program.

We're not hoping to have an online affiliate program yet at this point.
The affiliate program I mentioned was more for designers to use our products for their clients. Sure it's important to make money off online affiliate programs, but isn't it equally if not more important to be able to satisfy clients' needs if it's possible to do so?

For example, you've just completed a website for a client. That client would like to send out monthly newsletters to their customer base, but you may not have expertise or the capacity to provide that service for them. That's where we'd be able to help fill in the gap. Under our brand, or your private label, you can offer the online newsletters to your clients without going out, learning the technical parts, and building a system from scratch just for that one client.

By joining this designer affiliate program, you'd get discounted wholesale pricing, free hosting, and option to private label (you can mark up the price to your own clients).

So my main question is, will designers such as yourself be interested in joining this type of program? Would you be interested in working with an external entity who can help you expand your product offerings to clients?
