I’m exploring options to improve parcel measurement and data capture in our warehouse. We handle a high volume of packages daily, and manual measurement is slow and prone to errors.

I’m particularly interested in tools that support measurement of the dimensions of a shipment, along with weight and barcode capture, to speed up processing. Has anyone implemented mobile or desktop parcel scanning tools that remain accurate and integrate with shipping or inventory software?

I’d love to hear about reliable hardware, software workflows, or lessons learned from real-world logistics or e-commerce operations.
