Looking for a partner/long time team member for simple project

sup guys got a cool idea I need help 'bringing to life' everyone will be able to use it for free once its done, but it will probably most likely be run into the ground by high school girls lol..... however the only thing I can do programming wise is add glitter to myspace lol.
