Link a video to a webpage?

Hi..I have a 5 second .mov file that I'd like to convert to Flash and add as an intro to a site. The problem I'm having is how to make it link to the homepage of my site. Anyone know the best way to go about this? I'm at a total loss.

I believe that some flash player provides advertisement function that can link to a specific web page. I remember web player pro can make this, you can have a try.
