The main image looks nice, but the menu does not work, it should have some clear form of navigation, preferably at the top.
Also, the text is too hard to read, the width that the text is written in is too narrow to read easily.

The menu works for me (Firefox) but is a bad idea and is kind of like the whole "mystery meat" navigation. At first I couldn't figure out how to change a page until i saw the white text, and I agree it should probably go along the top. Rather than hide the navigation straight away, perhaps you could give the user the option to do so? Another thing with it is that it's kind of annoying to have to scroll to the top, click the button and then wait for the menu to unfold.

Also the text is too grey and on low quality screens could be really difficult to pick out.

Looks quite good though, i especially like the frontpage graphic.
