Is website renovation harm for website ranking?

Hi Everyone !! Is website renovation harm for website ranking? actually i want to renovate my website , now it is in ranking if i do some changes in my website then it harm for its google ranking or not.

Define "website renovation".

The general usage of the word "renovation" is;
"to restore to it's original state or condition'

so unless you are 'restoring' the website to an earlier state, it is not being 'renovated'.

ALSO:

As you have stated in several threads, that whatever 'rankings' your 'pages' (not site) get, derive no useful traffic. So, ... Why do you care about 'rankings'??

Ya i agree with what he told unless you did not restored at earlier means you cannot renovated..
