Internal Messaging

I am designing a site that the owner would like internal messaging, not instant messaging, but private mailboxes for members to email each other without giving out their email addresses.

I know this is possible, but I can't find a script or a thread about this anywhere... can you help?

I think I found one that will work, thanks... I've been searching for 2 days because every one calls it something different
