Image shows on Mac and not PC

I am designing a website in DreamWeaver, and I have used an image as a banner on all of the pages except the index (which has a flash banner). I did use a template. The image shows up just fine when I test it in my browser (Mac-- Safari), but for some reason I can't see it when I test it on a PC (Explorer). I am certain the image is uploaded and it is not pointing to the local drive. The spelling is the same, and there are no spaces, stops, dashes or underscores in the name.

Can anyone offer some advice as to why the image would fail to show up?

If it helps, the site is www.nrchmh.org and the banner that I am talking about is on the tops of the 'About', 'Resources' and 'Events' pages.

I'd love to hear theories, or if you have encountered something similar.

Thanks!

Case

Have you double checked the case? I tried pulling your image up by itself and the path to the image could not be found. Also, make sure you loaded it in binary mode and not ASCII.

I have seen this problem a couple of times before. I am not 100% sure of what causes it but it has something to do with the way the image is created/saved.

The way to solve the issue is to open the image in a windows package (I used PSP but you can fix it with paint also) and just re-save the image.

I have a feeling it has something to do with color palettes (but that is just a guess). Also if you look your original image was 568K but after I "fixed" it, it is 33K. I have attached the "Fixed" image, use it and you should be good.
