I have been given a project to update an interactive web graphic. The original was built using Adobe Illustrator and Tumult Hype. I have ordered the programs, but it will be up to three weeks before our IT security department will have them on my computer.
Any suggestions on how to get some work done during that time? Is there any free ware I could put on my personal computer (a PC) that will allow me to start editing in the meantime?
