iframe removal

Hello on my website I embedded a youtube video and I need to format it so there is no iframe on my website. Do you guys know how to do this? While keeping the video?

why no iframe?

you can use the object embed but I think that only plays swfs whilst the iframe supports both swfs and html5 video

Im submitting my website to be promoted for views and they require no iframe. :/ whoa how do I do object embed? And also do you know if I upload it to another website other than youtube if embeddeding it will also have an iframe?
